  1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

    • Returns and refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
      • Damage or Defects: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please follow the steps below.
      • Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us promptly.

  2. Damage or Defects:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please take the following steps within 3 days of delivery to proceed with return:
      • Capture a 360-degree unboxing video and photos of the damaged item.
      • Note down your order number.
      • Send the video, photos, and order number to our WhatsApp number: +91 9445374279.
    • Once we verify the damage or defect, we will grant a return.
    • The product will be picked up from the address provided during delivery.

  3. Refunds:

    • Refunds will be processed after the returned product is successfully delivered to our warehouse.
    • Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be processed.
    • Refunds will be credited to your original source of payment.

  4. Cancellation:

    • If you decide to cancel an order, please inform us within 4 hours of placing the order.
    • Provide your order ID along with the cancellation request to our WhatsApp number.
    • Cancellations Reason & Refund Account Details
    • Once the cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
    • Once Order is shipped, Cancellations is not possible.
