A. You can easily create an account on our AadiVeer website by following these simple steps.

1. Create Your Account With Email ID: 

  • Click on “Sign up My Account“.
  • Fill in all the mandatory details like “user nameemail-idpassword” click on the “Create My Account” button.
  • Fill up the Re-captcha, and click on the Submit button.
  • After login, Fill your shipping address on it
  • Go to the home page, and you are ready to make transactions.

2. Login with your whatsapp number.

  • Another option is that you can login with your phone number, and then you’ll get an OTP on your registered whatsapp  number. Then, once your number has been verified, your account will open.

3. Login With Email Address

  • Another option is that you can login with your Gmail account and then enter your Gmail account details. To login in AadiVeer SuperStore

  A. You can easily change the password by following these easy steps:

  • Go to the AadiVeer SuperStore account, and enter your email and password
  • Click on the Reset Your Password option
  • Enter your old password in the first column,
  • Then enter the new password in the second column,
  • Then click on the Save button, and it is done.

You can recover your account password by simply following these steps.

●  Go to the AadiVeer SuperStore account, click on the link “Reset/Forget Password”.

●  Now, enter your registered email ID, and click on the Recover button.

●  You will receive a verification link on your registered email id.

●   Open the given link and then enter the new desired password.

●   Confirm the new password again and click on the submit button.

●   You will get a message on-screen, “your password has been successfully reset”.

A. Follow the below given simple steps, and you can update the billing/shipping address.

● Click on sign-in on the home page.

●  Enter the user email id and password to log in.

●  Click on “ My Address”

●   Go to the shipping/billing address and add a new one. If you want to delete an old address, you can do that too on that very same page

●  Go to the save option at the bottom of the page.

●  Your billing/shipping address has now changed.

●   You can add multiple addresses.

We have a option to place order via website only, but if you got some doubts and need more clarification about placing order, you may place order by contacting us on Whatsapp

ORDER

A. It is easy to order from AadiVeer SuperStore. Follow these simple steps.

● Select the product of your choice.

●  Select the “Buy it Now” button after you have acquired all the information regarding the product.

●  Fill up all the required personal information including, name, contact, shipping address and click on Continue to shipping.

● Then proceed, “Continue To Payment”.

●  Fill in the shipping/billing address/contact no., and then choose the payment mode.

●       Complete the further process.

No, we don’t allow guest checkout without registeration, to ensure proper and smooth order processing and delivery, you must have to register on the website.

Yes, if you reside in Chennai, we do allow you to self pickup from our store, 

Once order is ready, we will notify you via call or whatsapp about the pickup. You may come and collect the parcel from the store.

SHIPPING, TRACKING & DELIVERY

  • Express shipment (In Generally, shipment will be done within 3-10 working days after receipt of payment)
  • AadiVeer SuperStore ships within India through reputed couriers like Shiprocket, Ithinklogics, BlueDart, and others, depending on the region and network according to the availability of the product.
  • Cash On Delivery(COD) orders will be delivered within 3-10 business days, after getting confirmation from the customer.

No, after placing the order, you cannot make any changes. You can cancel the order by contacting us through email at jainmeith@gmail.com.

We offer Free Shipping for all products. No minimum order value or quantity is required.

Yes, the billing and shipping address can be different. Before checkout, you will have the option to enter a new shipping address and a different billing address.

Once you place the order, you can track your order through the website You will see the Track Order option. Click on it, and then enter the order ID number or AWB number. It will provide you with the exact details of your order.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification with the tracking number(s) on your registered email ID & mobile number.

No, after placing the order, you can not change the delivery address. You can cancel the order by contacting us through email at jainmeith@gmail.com

In a rare scenario, the delivery person can ask you for an ID.

Yes, another person can receive your order on your behalf at the address specified on your order. To do so, they must show our delivery partner a valid ID of their own.

If you have received a damaged\wrong item or believe an item is defective, please contact Customer Service via email with proof of an image that you have received a wrong item at support@market99.com within 24 hours after the delivery.

No, For online transactions, there is no such limitation.

MRP of a product is inclusive of all taxes.

 If your payment has failed, please try again after checking your Debit or Credit Card details, Net Banking details or any other payment-related information is accurate or not. Also, check whether your internet connection is working or not. If the amount has been debited from your account during the failed transaction, it will be soon credited to your bank account or Credit Card (As per the banking standards).

RETURNS/ REFUND/ CANCELLATIONS

o return your product for replacement or refund, you can email us at jainmeith@gmail.com , and we will process your query further.

Currently, we do not provide any pickup service for your product. You can courier us the product with the help of any logistics of your choice. 

In case, you get a damaged, defective, or wrong product,. Then you’ll get pickup services from our side. But you have to make sure to provide valid proof and details of the product, along with pictures via email at jainmeith@gmail.com Within 24 hours after receiving the product,. 

  • Once the refund process is complete,. The refunded amount for prepaid orders will appear in your bank account within 3-7 business days.

    COD orders will get there amount within 3-14 business days, and for this, you have to provide your account details via email at support@market99.com.
